Don't recognize the date or where we are. After chatting, get the distinct impression not all of us are from the same place. There's no real explanation for it.
The guest book at the motel has a pretty decent chunk of information on all of us. From what I can tell, it's all true.
There's a group of us here, but we're not the first group to be trapped here, though everyone is tightlipped on what happened.
Sarge talk:
- Head obscured by shadows somehow
- Wants us to kill and get away with it
- Something about all this being worth keeping us alive
- If we don't leave by the date he says, we'll be trapped in this town. He was tightlipped on what that's a bad thing beyond the obvious.
- Something bad is probably going to happen by then.
April 2nd, day two:
Sakura went over what happened before. It was the same story as this time-- kill or be killed. And somehow, someone started a fire, she thinks it was one of the outsiders.
Sarge has also stolen items from people. Important ones.
Police office notes:
- The police don't share their records, despite this place being "peaceful." Only way to get access is by joining the force.
- The officer I spoke to said that nothing happens here, but got visibly distressed when I mentioned a rumor about arson.
- Think this pretty clearly ties into the lack of open records.
- Asking questions is enough to get 'Causing trouble?' Are they in on whatever's happening here?
- Or in denial. Probably a little bit of both.
"The Diner owner doesn't remember when the Sergeant first showed up. She assumes he was born here, since no one really comes here, but she couldn't be sure.
She was sharp for the rest of the conversation, but once I started asking about him, she got confused."
